BUNTHIVY NOU, FILMMAKER
DIRECTOR / ACTOR / EDITOR / PRODUCER
Bunthivy is an award-winning filmmaker based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. A creative
director/actor/producer, and owner of Yellowwood Pictures, her debut short film "A Lion's Tale" (2008) premiered at the Atlantic Film Festival and has screened in various film festivals in North America winning for Best Short NB Drama and Best Actress in a Drama at the 2008 Silver Wave Film Festival.

Bunthivy is an active member of the New Brunswick Filmmakers’ Co-op since 2003, served as president in 2007-09 and is currently on the board of directors. A film grad from the University of New Brunswick, she's also trained in directing at the Summer Institute for Film and Television in Ottawa and at the Atlantic Filmmakers Co-operative in Halifax. She’s also given directing and acting workshops through the New Brunswick Filmmakers’ Co-op and with Festival in a Van.

RANDY PELLETIER
PRODUCER / WRITER

Randy is a producer and writer based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. An actuarial consultant by day, Randy jumped onto the filmmaking scene by partnering with Bunthivy Nou as associate producer on her award-winning film “A Lion’s Tale” and joining the New Brunswick Filmmaker’s Coop.

“Super Geek Math Boy” is Randy’s first produced script and second producing partnership with Bunthivy Nou, who is also the director. Randy is also an accomplished musician having contributed the film’s theme song and aspires to expand into music composition in the future.
